A fixed fee will be agreed with you following an initial assessment of your case before any work is undertaken.

Our fees do not include disbursements, such as expert or medical reports, counsel's fees where specialist advocacy is required, or any court-imposed fines, prosecution costs, compensation or victim surcharge. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate of 20%.
