With more than 25 years’ experience across the criminal justice system, he is known for calm, structured advice and effective early intervention.

His background includes extensive experience as a Youth Offending Officer and within Probation Services, giving him a strong understanding of criminal procedure, safeguarding, and risk assessment.

This experience is particularly valuable when advising vulnerable clients and those under significant pressure at the investigation stage.

For more than a decade, Joe has represented clients in police stations and custody environments, working closely with solicitors and counsel to ensure cases are properly managed from the outset.
