Protecting Your Licence and Your Ability to Drive
For many clients, the ability to drive is essential to their career, business and family life. A motoring prosecution, penalty points or potential disqualification can therefore have consequences far beyond the immediate offence.
Libra Law Solicitors provides specialist private representation across a wide range of motoring offences, including speeding, drink and drug driving, dangerous and careless driving, driving whilst disqualified, failing to provide a specimen, failing to identify a driver and cases involving potential disqualification.
We examine the evidence and circumstances carefully to identify whether an allegation can be challenged and advise clearly on the options available. Where an offence is admitted, we focus on presenting your case effectively and seeking to minimise the consequences.
If you are at risk of losing your licence, we consider every available legal argument, including exceptional hardship where applicable. Our approach is thorough and strategic, with a clear understanding of the importance of protecting your licence, your livelihood and the responsibilities that depend upon your ability to drive.
